1. Service Description
CageReady provides personalized MMA strength and conditioning programs designed to support athletic development and physical preparation. Programs are generated based on user-provided information including training level, schedule, equipment and performance data.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CageReady. By using the service, you confirm that:
- You are physically able to engage in athletic activity
- You understand the risks associated with physical training
- You are responsible for your own health and safety
3. No Medical Advice
CageReady does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The app is intended for informational and training purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any training program.
4. Assumption of Risk
MMA training and physical conditioning involve inherent risks, including serious injury. By using CageReady, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are solely responsible for your training decisions and physical condition.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to:
- Share accounts
- Abuse the platform
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer or exploit the service
6. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription billing and management are handled through Google Play. Prices and subscription terms may change over time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, branding and software associated with CageReady are the property of Data Boost Conseil SASU unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CageReady and Data Boost Conseil SASU shall not be liable for:
- Injuries
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the service is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
