This page explains how to delete your CageReady account and the data associated with it. You can do it directly from the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed. You don't need to reinstall CageReady.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
If you have a CageReady Premium subscription, cancel it in Google Play: open the Google Play Store app, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or go directly to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Option 1 – Delete your account from the app (immediate)
- Open CageReady and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account, below Sign Out.
- Confirm by tapping Delete permanently.
Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 – Request deletion without the app
- Send an email to hello@cageready.app from the email address linked to your CageReady account, so we can confirm the account is yours. If you signed in with Google, use that Google address.
- Use the subject “Account deletion”.
- We process your request within 30 days at most and confirm the deletion by email.
The button opens your email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
Data that is permanently deleted
- Your account and the email address you sign in with
- Your profile: first name, gender, date of birth, height, weight, available equipment, training preferences and fight date
- Your programs, planned sessions and session history (loads, reps)
- Your performance test results and scores
- Feedback you sent from the app
- Your referral code and associated rewards
- Your iOS waitlist sign-up, if any
Data that is retained
- Purchase history: if you bought a subscription, your purchase history is kept by Google Play and RevenueCat (our subscription management provider) for legal and accounting reasons, according to their own retention policies. CageReady does not store your payment information.
- Crash reports and usage data: crash reports (Sentry) and usage data (Amplitude) are kept according to these providers' retention periods. They are linked only to a random account identifier, never to your name or email address, and once your account is deleted this identifier no longer matches any account.
